I used the Aberdeen branch to send my furniture overseas costing well over eight thousand pounds and everything was fine until it arrived with some items broken. No problem I thought the shipment was adequately insured and paid for in full.
One of the items was an Italian marble stand which they valued at four hundred pounds which was worth ten times that amount (as a compromise and to end a nine month saga I suggested £1,000), however they then claimed I had to submitted a form to them which I did. My question to them was where is it and why didn’t you check that before shipping or taking my money. You’ll see the stand was in many pieces and not only irreparable but I cannot buy one overseas and they refused to even replace it or ship a replacement.
Clearly this company is at best highly unprofessional but to be honest I think they are probably even worse than that and indeed extremely devious in their business practice.
Their reputation as a top moving company is a bit of a joke and I would advise anyone to start well clear.Read more

Super gepackt und 10 qm gespart. Sehr schnell, könnten aber etwas vorsichtiger sein. Eine Hängelampe ging zu Bruch.

Zeer klantvriendelijk bedrijf. Stelden volop verhuisdozen ter beschikking en zowel bij het laden als het uitladen van de spullen heel behulpzame medewerkers. Ze hielpen ook met het demonteren en weer opbouwen van grote kasten.
