Really smooth process from start to finish, all my questions answered quickly and professionally. Delivery crew were fantastic.

The agent handling my shipment into the UK failed to explain custom clearance process and paperwork, cost me a lot of money. When I asked about the unfamiliar 'fees' listed in the billing her answer was 'I am not sure what they are?' Not my first time shipping international but this time I have the worst experience. Poor communication. Bizarre and unprofessional reply to client.
