Bolt House move
Moving an elderly parent can be stressful enough especially when they have organised the removal company themselves, however at 8 am bolt we're at the property in action! They only spent a few hours to completely shell the house, all paintings were carefully wrapped and placed into a protective mattress like holder, boxes were supplied and contents carefully added with wrapping, my father whom the move was for had not prepared for the move and this was stressing me out, the bolt guys however just came in and took over! FairPlay, and very much appreciated, once at the new property (a wait of 3 hours for Bolt) their same dedication and support unfolded into the new property with minimal fuss a big smile and an enthusiastic performance! Thanks for a stress free removal guys would recommend to anyone after the touch.

Amazing service from the guys this week moving a three bed house. They were so friendly and professional, they did everything to make the move quick and easy for us, packing the house up in only a couple of hours. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommended!

Having done my due diligence in looking at a few removal companies around Cardiff Bolt consistently rated highly. Additionally, some friends had used them prior and recommended them to us. Their communication and patience whilst getting a final move date sorted out was impeccable and they were very polite and professional with a very reasonable rate. On the day, they showed up promptly and immediately got to work moving us from a 3 bed house to a similar sized property with ease and in only a few hours. In view of how good they were my partner's Mum, with a future move in mind, asked for their business card after watching them at work. Very friendly and would really recommend them.

Booking Bolt to pack and move our house was one of the best decisions I ever made! Unlike other companies their price was fair as they took the time to actually understand the space and time needed. I can’t fault the service, from the pre-packers, removals and office teams! Very professional and communicated really clearly with us throughout everything. It was honestly such a help allowing us to focus on everything else during a busy house move! We would strongly recommend using Bolt, and call upon them again if needed in the future!

Great bunch of guys who were so hard working. The box packing service is so worth it. Our long distance move was made so much easier with this team helping pre pack a couple of days beforehand. They were patient at unloading when we were waiting for the old homeowners to move out. Just generally a great group. Shane was good at coordinating everything on the move days.
All of them were polite and friendly and tried their hardest to entertain my 3 year old daughter, even if she was being shy.

Exceptional professionalism, efficiency and compassion!
The crew arrived promptly at 8am and quickly moved to calm my fears I wouldn’t get the packing done in time.
They were brilliant throughout, and moved my large sofa down my stairs without any issues (given this sofa had had to come through my first floor balcony doors initially).
They went above and beyond with no qualms, and when a mirror was damaged they were very apologetic and replaced it by the next day.
When my move into my new house was delayed on completion day they were patient. When I had to send them away and come back the next day due to being unable to gain access they were understanding and upon their return they were brilliant at ensuring everything went in the correct room.
The price I paid was far cheaper than their rivals, and yet the standard of workmanship was exceptional.
I would recommend Bolt Removals to anyone needing a removals company.
