Exceptional professionalism, efficiency and compassion!
The crew arrived promptly at 8am and quickly moved to calm my fears I wouldn’t get the packing done in time.
They were brilliant throughout, and moved my large sofa down my stairs without any issues (given this sofa had had to come through my first floor balcony doors initially).
They went above and beyond with no qualms, and when a mirror was damaged they were very apologetic and replaced it by the next day.
When my move into my new house was delayed on completion day they were patient. When I had to send them away and come back the next day due to being unable to gain access they were understanding and upon their return they were brilliant at ensuring everything went in the correct room.
The price I paid was far cheaper than their rivals, and yet the standard of workmanship was exceptional.
I would recommend Bolt Removals to anyone needing a removals company.

Bolt Removals were recommended to us by our estate agent when we needed a local firm at short notice. We were really pleased we went with them. The quote process (done by video call) was quick and easy, and the price came out significantly lower than the other local firms we had quotes from. The removal men were very polite and efficient. They turned up exactly when they said they would and just cracked on with the job. They protected our stuff well and no damage occurred. They even went out of their way to take one large item of furniture to a different address for no extra cost. All in all a great experience all round!

Great professional service from quoting the job thought to removal day. I've moved a few times over the years and Bolt Removal are by far the best. Proper heavy duty, clothes hanging carriers TV and picture boxes, and the sofa covers were not blankets but securely fastening jackets. They had plenty of covering for the carpets. What I liked was that there were a lot of staff so things happened quickly.

I had a couple of quotes off other companies, but chose bolt, initially because of the 'moving house survival guide'... it came in extremely usefulđź‘Ť.
The move itself, was hitch free, the guys were brilliant, as I was moving from a 4 bed to a 2 bed property & was wondering whether everything would fit!!!

Nick and his team did an excellent job for me, in my recent move from my old flat to my new house. I booked Bolt Removals to do my packing and the move too.
On the day of the packing Nick came over and meticulously hand-packed all the items delicately when necessary and not a single item was damaged in the process.
On the next day of the move everything was efficiently loaded on to the removals van by Nick and his team of 2 others.
They offloaded everything into the specified rooms and also made sure to use protectors for the carpets in the new house.
Bolt made my moving task easy and smooth. From the initial in-person survey, estimate generation to the completion, they have the process nailed down to perfection, and totally professional.
