We had a few quotes for removals and whilst Ingram’s were slightly more than others we preferred their attitude and what the quote included. We are so glad we went ahead with them as you really do get what you pay for! Ingrams made moving home so easy, their packing service was great, and not a single item was broken or damaged. The lads worked quickly and lifted out furniture from our townhouse with no problems, and quickly set up in our new home.
Highly recommend Ingram’s who made moving home so easy during what was a stressful couple of days.

Moved from County Durham to Whitby late May ‘23.
Excellent service from start to finish!
Member of staff came out to assess the removal and explained process. The quote was sent through to me the same day and although it was a bit more expensive than other quotes I accepted it on the back of reviews and the initial contact with the company’s employees.
These guys don’t mess about…they turn up on time and graft!! They emptied the contents of my 3 storey house (with very steep stairs) and delivered them to the new house in the time they said they would without any problems.
The lads were great and Malcolm rang after to check everything was ok…which was a nice touch.
I’d recommend them without hesitation.

The team at Ingram's have just helped us move from County Durham to Scotland. From the initial survey for a quote, to packing our belongings, storing them overnight and moving north, to the unloading, the team were helpful, friendly and had a great attitude. All of our belongings were well packed, and there were no complaints about the steep driveway at the other end.
Malcolmn and his team were always on hand to answer questions and explain the process, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I cannot recommend Ingram’s highly enough. They dealt with a house clearance for us after a bereavement. Ian came out and gave us lots of options. Everything was explained in detail. Communication with both Ian and Malcolm was excellent. A highly professional company to deal with from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble. To top it all so friendly and approachable.
