STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
My shipment has been rescheduled 4 times and I've rented a truck twice only to find out when I arrive that my items are not there.
They didn't notify me or provide any reasonable excuse. They wouldn't take accountability or even offer a partial refund.
They do not care about their customers and believe they have no responsibility for the service.
If you value your items, stay away from these vultures. A special call out for [names removed by Sirelo] for their disrespect and horrible customer service.
I truly hope this company goes bankrupt, they DO NOT deserve to be in business.
They’re now trying to use scare tactics by way of ‘legal’ ramifications to get me to remove this review.
I won’t remove this review; their Managing Partner [name removed by Sirelo] is trying to manipulate the situation so I take this down.
Sorry [name removed by Sirelo] but this is verifiable fact and I have threads of emails proving what I’ve in fact said above.
It seems our friend [name removed by Sirelo] doesn’t understand that defamation is the spreading of false information that leads to the damaging of reputation — defamation however is not the spreading of TRUE and VERIFIABLE information that leads to the damaging of reputation.Read more
PS: Forgot to mention, one of the boxes was extremely poorly handled and had items missing. Cannot stress enough to avoid this service. They shouldnt be in business.Read more
Thank you for your feedback, as you are aware all the delays were outside of our control - We also recognised the issues that have occurred, being so unique, that we offered to cover the storage charges due to your delays. We are sorry you have felt the need to leave negative feedback in this instance.
Excess International Movers.
1. I thought the moving date was agreed but it turns out that the person I was in contact with never registered me in the system, even though I had paid the deposit
2. When the movers finally showed up, they told me that they did not do 2nd floor deliveries (I had not been told at the time of the booking) and I had to take down 18 boxes down to their truck myself (I am a girl and some of the boxes were half my weight)
3. I was left in the dark from the day my things were removed, I had no idea where they were and what was happening. Finally after 4 weeks I received an email saying that they were finally going to leave the UK and that another company in the destination country was taking over the move. This is not à issue except that the new company is as unresponsive as the first one.
I am now expecting to receive my boxes 15 weeks after they was removed, when the advertised delay was 8 to 10 weeks.
