We offer a comprehensive insurance coverage to our clients underwritten by our insurance company, which is a member of Lloyds of London. Any claim is handled by external claims handlers.

From start to end, the whole moving experience from London to California was very professional. [Name removed by Sirelo] was in constant contact and replied to any questions and queries swiftly. Even when we were co-ordinating with the associated moving company in the U.S. he assisted with clarifying details. 5 stay service from coordination, packing, transport, insurance, drop off, unpacking and follow up. all at a competitive price.

I recently used Cos Freight to help me with my international move from UK to Brisbane, Australia and I can honestly say that they did an excellent job.
From the start, they were professional and courteous. They were timely and flexible when it came to scheduling, and they were willing to work around my busy schedule.
The movers were also very careful and efficient with packing and loading my belongings. They worked hard and took extra care to make sure that everything was properly secured. Nothing was damaged during the move and everything arrived safe and sound at my new place.
They answered all of my questions and gave me great advice on how to move my things safely. I really appreciate all of their hard work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to move.

They responded to my many questions immediately, helped me understand my options, and went out of their way to make sure that I was happy with the results, even going so far as helping me sort out a problem outside of their contractual obligations. My goods arrived ahead of schedule and were in great shape. Overall, the team was efficient, effective, empathetic and economical.
