Booked by phone for a quote. David Charman Removals never showed up. No rescheduling made. 3 stars because at least, the person who answered the phone sounds polite.

I cannot highly recommend David and his team enough. They were so friendly and accommodating, along with being professional. They worked so efficiently and made the moving experience very easy for us. They were excellent with our daughter, who wanted to also help out. Overall a fantastic experience, thanks again.
