We used John Wales Removals to move my aunt from a very difficult rural location as she was downsizing, and the team were absolutely outstanding from start to finish.
They worked tirelessly all day in the rain and approached everything with professionalism, care, and a really positive attitude. Not all of the furniture would easily fit into the new house, but they were incredibly patient and went above and beyond trying different ways to make things work rather than giving up.
They also helped move garden items and even took the initiative to move and separate belongings for us, which made an already stressful day so much easier. The team grew during the day, with additional movers arriving to help, which showed real dedication to getting the job done properly.
Most importantly, they were exceptionally professional, respectful, and understanding throughout the entire process. Their calm and considerate approach meant a great deal to our family. We are very grateful for their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, hardworking, and genuinely thoughtful moving company.Read more

As others have said, possibly the easiest 5 star review ever given.
Wayne and Co worked above and beyond what we asked of them, helping our Mum move out of her old home including packing and clearing ready for the new occupants. Everything done as planned, to the agreed amount and no issues whatsoever. If you want the peace of mind, these guys can be counted on doing the best for you. Thank you once again!

This is an easy 5 star review to write. We were dreading moving all our stuff from Wiltshire to Devon, but then we met Wayne from John Wales Removals. He provided excellent advice and instant reassurance that all would be well and how it would be managed.
These turned out to not just be words, but translated into an excellent service from the whole team. They were very responsive in providing packing materials in advance and were super organised on the day.
They treated all our belongings with real respect and we moved with no damage or breakages (despite my dodgy packing of boxes). They worked really hard but were a real pleasure to have in our home with their proactive approach.
Thanks to Wayne and all the team for making our move as stress free as possible, and for somehow getting all my clutter into a single garage, so neatly - it was magic!

I run a removals company in Luton, Bedfordshire. We had a load to deliver to Bromham, but was advised at short notice by our customer of restricted access to the property. I contacted John Wales Removals and spoke to Wayne, who was incredibly helpful in travelling to the access to confirm that our vehicle wouldn't be suitable. He then arranged two staff members and a transit to assist our staff in transhipping the load, for a very fair and reasonable price. The team he sent were excellent. Polite, helpful, skilled, professional and very willing to pitch in and assist with things above and beyond their remit. Our team were highly complimentary of them and would happily work with them anytime! Thanks again for a great service!
