Wayne has been so helpful from start to finish. We were able to put items into storage a few months before moving which was such a help. If we ran out of boxes, tape or paper some would be delivered ASAP.
On a day that should be one of the most stressful days in life Wayne and the team were brilliant. They were like a well oiled machine everything was done methodically and we were kept updated all the way through.
It was such a weight off our shoulders to know that we were in safe hands.
Thank you so much for helping us start our next chapter and we know who to call if we ever move again.

In the throws of what is one of the most stressful things you can do, moving house, I was so pleased that we chose John Wales Removals to be a part of our journey.
Wayne and his crew were a calming presence on a stressful day.

The same excellent service that we enjoyed when we last moved 14 years ago. Quick, efficient, no fuss - even with the tricky parking at our new address. Wayne & crew were pleasant, careful & very tidy, keeping us informed at every stage. A brilliant local firm that I would highly recommend.

Wayne and his team of six arrived ten minutes early on our moving day and immediately set to work. They handled our belongings with great care, ensuring that walls, floors, and door frames remained unscathed. Wayne's investment in specialised vehicles with air suspension and side-opening doors, capable of accommodating standard-size containers, was beneficial in the smooth handling of our items. They also brought all the necessary packing materials, ensuring nothing was damaged enroute to our new home. The entire team was clearly experienced and meticulous in their work. The move proceeded seamlessly and without any stress. The price was very reasonable for such a high-quality service. You might find cheaper, but I doubt you'll find better. Highly recommend.

When the boss has a good relationship with his staff, it's always a good sign. This was a huge job, with many difficulties. The seven men needed worked incredibly hard and efficiently as a team. Everything was beautifully packed; nothing broke, nothing lost. Wayne went well beyond the call of duty (my numerous muddy plants!) . It was a pleasure to have them around us at a very stressful time.

We used Wayne's team for a house move in March this year and the service was professional and seamless from start to finish. They took all the stress out of the move and were helpful and friendly throughout. We recently needed help to move a heavy wardrobe from our house and so I contacted Wayne. He got back to me straight away and a couple of his lads fitted us in between jobs and came round the next day. We can highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.
