Booked for Monday afternoon didn’t turn up till after 2-30 instead of 1pm then only managed to move half my daughters home leaving the other half till Wednesday leaving her and her daughter in limbo then whilst at the property foul language was used swearing and inappropriate comments regarding wearing outfits for them in the most inappropriate way making my daughter feel rather uncomfortable

A first class service. It was nearly a year ago when we used them and I have just got round to writing a review. The company was professional and helpful at every stage. The removal cost was reasonable and on the day we moved house everything was moved without any issues. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

5* service! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for removals. We used Brown and Illingworth to move house in Feb 2021. They gave us a free no obligation quote which was very competitive. The 2 removal men on the day were extremely efficient and friendly in harsh weather conditions of heavy snow. They were very efficient and quick without compromising our belongings. Would use again next time we move and recommend to anyone.

We used Brown and Illingworth to move house in July and couldn’t have had a better company. They came out and gave us a free no obligation quote which was very competitive. The two movers on the day were very friendly and efficient. They were very prompt and handled all our belonging with care and obscure items were not an issue for them. Would use again next time we move and recommend to anyone.

Used this company recently and just want to say how professional the team was who dealt with my removal. Great team of lads who handled everything with utmost professional care and took a lot of stress out of a pretty stressful day. The manager, Mr David Brown is very courteous, professional and makes sure everything is done according to your requirements. The quote was very reasonable and I had no issues with the job . It went very smooth. I would highly recommend this company if you need removals or storage . Cheers everyone for a hassle free day . 😜
