This company did not fulfill their agreement to deliver and unpack my goods. Whilst they did deliver, I was left in the lurch with half the boxes left unpacked, the outsourced job was incomplete. Lares not only took no responsibility and told me to get back to my booking agent in South Africa. They were uncontactable and took five days to get back to me, leaving an elderly women with all the work to do herself. Very stressful all in all. I am taking them to the Ombudsman as I paid for a service only partially completed.
