The move entailed an extensive family household relocation from Switzerland to Norfolk. The entire experience from start to finish was conducted in a professional, pragmatic and positive manner, which resulted in a seamless and stress-free packing, disassembly, removal, reassembly and delivery exercise without incident. The team and management were polite, friendly, diligent and careful through the entire process - clearly exhibiting their decades of experience with packing and international removals. The equipment was clean and well maintained. I would thoroughly recommend using Ollands Ltd and would not hesitate to use them during my next move, either domestically or overseas.

Five stars and more!
From initial call with Laura, to final destination with the removals team absolutely seamless. We moved across several counties so not a small move. The team were considerate, tidy, helpful, cheery, on time, all asks were not an issue. The packing of delicate items was immaculate and the packing of the vans an ‘art form’.
You are in safe and reliable hands, I’d not consider using anyone else.

Excellent service received throughout, with a complex move overseas. They provided us with lots of information and kept us very well informed. The crew and office staff staff were fantastic, especially considering the customs delay and bad weather when loading and unloading - both of which were out of their control.

Highly Recommend - we recently used Ollands for a house move. We had to change our removal date a number of times all of which Laura dealt with professionally and efficiently, and made our experience as stress free as possible.
Our removal team were extremely efficient, polite and handled our possessions with extreme care.
We would have no hesitations in recommending Ollands and would 100% use again.
Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our 'stuff' has just arrived - and what a treat to work with such helpful men. They were good company, hardworking, efficient and simply, brilliant. We can quite see why they were so highly recommended. They even - with great care, persuaded a grand piano to leave a low-doored Norfolk cottage. Thank you Nick and George!

Thank you so much for making our move stress free. We were so impressed with the team who packed us up and moved us in. They were very accomodating and super efficient! Also thank you to Amber (Office) who was so friendly and really helpful. Thank you all very much.
