We moved to Switzerland recently and hired Mercia movers to do all the packing and everything for us which was one of the best decisions we've made, as when we moved from Belgium to UK we did it ourselves which was difficult especially with customs, but having Mercia movers do it all for us this time was so much easier. When I very first spoke to [Name removed by Sirelo], I immediately felt at ease and knew I liked her, [Name removed by Sirelo] took care of all the customs side, sent us all the paperwork that needed to be completed etc and talked us through it all, [Names removed by Sirelo] packed everything beautifully and were such lovely lads and put everything where we asked in our new home, I really cannot speak highly enough of this company and will always keep you in mind if I know anyone moving or if we move again

Didn’t get what we paid for. Damaged all our furniture. Sent the move to some dodgy third party. Which is exactly what we were trying to avoid and paid more to not have. Disgusting.

I cannot fault Mercia for my move from France back to the UK, [Name removed by Sirelo] was so helpful from our very first call, right up until the goods were delivered, as was [Name removed by Sirelo] with assisting with all the customs paperwork, [Names removed by Sirelo] did a fantastic job of packing everything up very well including crating our high value paintings and mirrors to ensure everything was delivered in the same condition it left in, I have no complaints and happy to recommend
