DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!!
From failing to complete the quoted and paid for full packing service on Day 1 and not even packing some drawers at all to damaging my dishwasher, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table as well as china and crockery, the whole experience of Swift for my house move was a complete nightmare!
When complaining, providing photographic evidence and to-ing and fro-ing, I've basically been told that I'm a liar as they say there is no proof that the damage was caused by the move. I'm further expected to arrange for the items to be assessed by someone for repair and get them to prepare a written report and only then will they will reassess things despite me suggesting they send someone to sort it out. Obviously my request for a 50% refund has been refused.
The stress and upset caused is off the scale on top of the financial loss of me having to get repairs and replacements sorted ... not what I need having just moved.
Oh, and one of the crew smelled of cannabis on reaching my new home ... apparently this doesn't mean they were actually smoking it!

We had an excellent experience with Swift International Removals from start to finish. The team came to our home in Hereford and fully packed and loaded our household possessions with great efficiency, professionalism, and good humour, which made the whole process far less stressful. We opted for a partial load shared with others in a container, which was very cost-effective, and communication throughout was excellent. They kept us informed and let us know when the container was full, and even provided details so we could track the container at sea! Delivery to our new home in South Africa was just as smooth and well organised. A truly top job – highly recommended.

Swift Removals recently helped us move to Murcia in Spain, and we couldn't be happier with the service. [Names removed by Sirelo] arrived at our home to pack and load everything with incredible speed and efficiency. They were courteous, polite, and extremely hardworking throughout the whole process.
Our belongings arrived in Murcia about 8 days later, exactly as promised. Not a single item was damaged – which we found truly impressive given how many boxes were packed and moved!
A huge thank you to everyone involved – from the helpful office staff to the delivery team who worked tirelessly in 35-degree heat to get us settled. First-class service all round. Highly recommended!
