Hugo, Max and Connor were fantastic. I can’t begin to tell you how wonderful they were. They were so friendly, kind and considerate. Smart (both in manner and appearance), well organised and a credit to themselves and to your company.
They really took their time to assess everything.
They took such great care and I truly cannot praise them enough.
We had heard from our neighbours that Perfect were great and they were! It was a very hot and long day for them, but they never faltered and never grumbled (despite the new flat having a tiny lift and them having to take furniture apart to make it fit) and they didn’t have a break at all.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star!
No respect for your property.
When loading the van, they all disappeared to the pub, leaving the van doors open so anyone could have taken our belongings.
Damaged several items and will only offer you 10% of the value.
DON'T USE THEM!!!

My wife and I used the Perfect Group for our recent move in Surrey and had a fantastic experience under the care of Leon and his team. He made us feel reassured that the move would be done efficiently but with sufficient care for our belongings.
We opted for the bronze package, which we thought was good value and they had availability at short notice. Arriving promptly on the day, they set about carefully wrapping our items and we were able to focus on ensuring our flat was in good shape. The team were very respectful of our flat and new house, laying down matting to protect the carpets and when disassembling our items.
We would highly recommend if you’d like a relaxing and easy moving process. Thank you to the team!

I would highly recommend this company from our experience. Will, Jack1, Jack2, and Ross packed out contents and moved us into alternative accommodation after our house flooded. They were professional and very efficient and the move went stress free which is what we needed after our experience. All polite, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble for them. A great job lads, thank you.

From start to finish this company were amazing. The speed and efficiency with which they packed up our house was astounding. So polite and friendly and just very calm but also their efficient approach was a breathe of fresh air. Indeed we even just went out and left them to it. We will be using them again when our son moves out, in our mind there is not better removal company and 5 stars do not do them justice.

Parked for hours across the pavement. No loading or unloading going on. No-one there at all. My Mum had to go into the road twice on her mobility scooter to get round it. I imagine it would be very difficult and dangerous if you have small children. It was completely unnecessary because there was room for the vehicle in the drive.
