I contacted 1st Choice Removals at really short notice, and despite that, they were completely professional from the very first phone call right through to the end of the move. They were half the price of several other companies I’d called, yet the service I received was exceptional.
Every member of staff I dealt with—whether by email, text, or phone—was polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. On moving day, Clint and his co‑worker were brilliant. They went above and beyond: helping me take the TV off the wall, dismantling the bed, taping up boxes I didn’t get time to finish, and carefully wrapping all fragile items. They even laid mats throughout the house to keep everything clean and protected.
Their lorry was modern and spotless, and they were so considerate—giving me time to let my kittens settle before unloading. Nothing felt rushed, and there were no pushy sales tactics—just honest, quality service from start to finish.
