What makes your company stand out?

Careful planning before moving day. Every job is surveyed in person so the quote reflects your actual property, access and parking, and the price you agree is the price you pay with no hidden charges added on the day. You deal with one team from survey through to unpacking, not a chain of subcontractors, and much of our work comes through word of mouth from previous customers.

What is your insurance policy? How do you deal with damaged items?

Every move includes goods-in-transit insurance cover up to £20,000 as standard, and the cover that applies to your job is confirmed on your written quote. If anything is damaged during the move, let us know as soon as possible and we will deal with it directly through our insurance cover. Our crews pack and handle items to reduce the risk in the first place, using proper materials and protection for fragile and high-value pieces.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Book early and be open about access. As soon as you have a provisional moving date, arrange a survey, as Fridays and month-end dates fill up fastest. Tell us about anything that affects the day, such as narrow streets, no off-road parking, stairs, lifts or large and awkward items, so it is planned for in advance rather than causing delays on the morning. The more we know at survey stage, the smoother and more accurate the whole move is.
