Fantastic. Great value and phenomenal service. John is lovely and took great pride and care in moving us into our new home (on the hottest day of the year!). No breakages, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Moved my apartment within couple of hours. No hassle, no arguments. Took couple of extra pieces without additional fee. (reasonable items 😊) highly recommended by anyone who wants a quick painless service!

I hired them for packing, diassembly, moving and assembly.
1) They didn't have carpet protector or shoe covers. When I requested, they used 'blankets' to protect my carpet but as they lifted blankets up, black tar like dirt poured onto my creme coloured carpet. See attached photos that give a glimpse. I have spent 2 hours hoovering and will need to get carpet cleaner as well.
2) Packing - My throw and cushion were packed in the same box as toilet mat 🤢 !!! Some boxes were unlabelled.
3) Two men team arrived at 11am. It took them 9 hours to complete the move.
4) One of the lads tried giving me the box and asked if I could take it upstairs ?
5) Another lad asked if I'd be okay if they pack my clothes in bin bags - (not sure how they can even think of such a thing)
All in all - I really regret hiring them.

Excellent Service from John and his team reasonable rates too. I'd recommend anyone who needs furniture moving to give Move Care a ring. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if required Thanks for everything lads
