I recently had the pleasure of using Move Care’s moving services over the weekend, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of professionalism, care, and courtesy displayed by the two gentlemen who assisted me. Moving with a child and a lot of belongings was already stressful enough, and I was feeling emotionally and physically drained from the packing and preparations for the new house. However, these movers took all the stress off my shoulders, assuring me they would handle everything—and they truly did.
They were incredibly supportive, going above and beyond to ensure my belongings were safe and secure. Everything arrived at the new home without a scratch. They even dismantled my son’s bed at the old place and carefully reassembled it at the new one. On top of that, they offered to take away some old furniture I no longer needed for a small additional fee, which was a huge help.
The entire move took about 8-9 hours, with an extra hand from a third gentleman. Throughout the entire process, the team maintained a positive and respectful attitude towards both me and my child, making the whole experience much less stressful. As a woman, I also felt completely safe in their presence, which is unfortunately rare these days.
The contrast between the outstanding service I received from Move Care and the uncomfortable experience I had the day before with carpet fitters was stark. I am so grateful for how professional and kind the movers were. For the quality of service provided, the price I was charged was more than reasonable. I will definitely be recommending Move Care to friends and family in the future!Read more

Fantastic. Great value and phenomenal service. John is lovely and took great pride and care in moving us into our new home (on the hottest day of the year!). No breakages, no issues whatsoever. Highly recommended.
