A big shout out to Del & Paul, who both worked so hard moving us on a very wet Friday. They must have been exhausted but kept up their good spirits throughout.
A very good service from booking walk through quote to the move.
They were quick with the quote and reliable so would definitely recommend.
We did pay up front and understandably with house purchases, they can go wrong, so maybe that’s why. Also, I’d recommend the key waiver. We weren’t aware of this but were lucky that the sale went through early but our last house move was much later. It is mentioned on your written quote but I’d missed it.

We recently used Woolcott to move from Staffordshire to South Devon.
Our first contact was with Bryan in the office, who came to price up the move for us. Bryan was very helpful, explaining everything for us. We had a very difficult sale, with a chain falling apart on exchange day, 2 days before completion, Bryan was really helpful & understanding of the situation & did his best to help us.
Finally on moving day the team from Woolcott/Burke Bros arrived at 8.30am, Wayne, Declan & Tiff were all really polite & friendly. After a look around at what we had they swiftly set to work loading our stuff & within 2 hours they were all loaded up & off.
We followed a few hours later. On arrival they followed us to our new house & offered to unload us, which we hadn’t expected as we had been told they would not be able to do it the same day. We were happy to wait until the next morning but they said they could have it done in 2 hours & were happy to get the job done.
So by 6.30pm we were fully unloaded having done a 200 mile journey as well.
The lads were fantastic.

Wollcott Removals helped me to move to my new property a couple of months ago and I simply cannot praise them highly enough! Communicating with Bryan was such an easy and positive experience. He explained everything very clearly, dealt immediately with any queries, and provided calm reassurance. He went out of his way to ensure that I had everything I needed in preparation for the move. Over the 2 days of the move, the guys worked professionally, cheerfully, efficiently and amazingly quickly to load and unload all my furniture and boxes. I was so impressed! I am so grateful to Bryan and his team for all their support and for providing a first class service throughout. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Very difficult move as we didn't know until the afternoon before whether it was still on. Woolcotts were brilliant as they had to put on an extra crew, who were supposed to have been off, and consequently had to do a double shift. Move went very smoothly. Customer service throughout the whole experience from Brian was excellent. Would definitely recommend Woolcott Removals.

I had to move twice in a year, I used Woollcott’s Removals on both occasions and I cannot praise them enough!?! The staff were polite, courteous and extremely helpful from start to finish, they were on time and when we moved we had to utilise their storage facilities they were extremely helpful there too, truly a 5 star company, thank you Bryan and all his staff!?!
