Sirelo Reviews helps moving companies build trust, stand out from competitors, and turn more potential customers into bookings.
With more than 1.2 million visits per year, Sirelo gives your company the opportunity to showcase real customer experiences to people who are actively comparing movers. Every review goes through both automated and manual verification before it is published. If there is any doubt about its authenticity, we request proof that the move actually took place.
Your verified reviews contribute to your Sirelo score, which potential customers see when comparing quotes. A strong score can help increase confidence in your company and make it easier for customers to choose you.
On this page, you can learn how our review validation process works, how your Sirelo score is calculated, and how to make the most of your Sirelo presence to turn more visitors into customers.
Sirelo is an independent platform that reviews moving companies. TriGlobal, a Dutch company, operates it. Since 2016, people have used Sirelo to compare movers, read reviews, and request quotes. In fact, Sirelo keeps adding new companies to its database every day.
Sirelo does two things. First, it generates moving leads. It also hosts verified reviews. However, movers pay for leads, not for control over their reviews. No one can influence a review, partner or not.
Right now, over 6,300 companies have live review profiles on Sirelo.
Your Sirelo score works before a customer even opens your profile. Here’s why:
Reviews and leads work together. But reviews do more than boost your paid leads. A strong profile also builds visibility and reputation for every customer, not just the ones from Sirelo. That includes people who find you through your own website, word of mouth, or a referral. So when someone checks you out before calling, a strong verified score often turns them into a lead.
No open review site can promise every review is real, and Sirelo doesn’t claim that either. Instead, we run every submission through a two-step check to catch fakes:
The numbers show how strict this filter really is. In 2025, Sirelo processed around 435 reviews a month and published about 290 of them. In fact, half of all published reviews clear moderation within roughly 10 hours. The published set also skews honest. In 2025, we published 827 one-star reviews against 2,380 five-star reviews. Either way, Sirelo values a negative review just as much as a positive one.
Sirelo never publishes some reviews. For example, this includes reviews from staff or suppliers, self-reviews, reviews of competitors, reviews filed on someone else’s behalf, and anything paid for or forced. That protection matters most to you: a competitor can’t plant fake negative reviews on your profile. And you can flag any suspect review for a second look, right from the review itself.
Sirelo scores run on a 1–10 scale and update with every new review. But the score isn’t a simple average. Three weighted factors shape it instead:
Ask your account manager to switch on Google Reviews sync. Your Google reviews then blend in at a 10:1 weight. Ten Google reviews carry the value of one verified Sirelo review. In short, the system rewards a steady flow of recent, detailed, genuine reviews.
No, you can’t. Independence is what makes the score trustworthy. A published review comes down in three cases only: the writer asks for it, they posted it on the wrong company by mistake, or, rarely, a court orders it. Still, buying leads changes nothing here. Negatives can’t be bought off. Instead, disputed reviews stay live with your response right next to them.
Here’s what you can do instead:
Building your profile is free and quick. Just follow these steps:
Keep this up. Eventually, your profile earns a Top Mover Badge. It’s a mark that helps shoppers spot standout companies at a glance.
Say your next customer asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a reliable mover. In fact, verified review data shapes much of that answer. Businesses that actively collect and respond to reviews show up in most AI-generated answers. In contrast, businesses that don’t barely appear at all (Trustpilot study, May 2026).
Verified Sirelo reviews are public and hard to fake. That’s exactly the kind of signal these systems like to surface. So your Sirelo profile can shape what an AI assistant tells your next customer about you.
