Moving Company Reviews: How Sirelo Wins You More Bookings

Sirelo moving company review platform

Sirelo Reviews helps moving companies build trust, stand out from competitors, and turn more potential customers into bookings.

With more than 1.2 million visits per year, Sirelo gives your company the opportunity to showcase real customer experiences to people who are actively comparing movers. Every review goes through both automated and manual verification before it is published. If there is any doubt about its authenticity, we request proof that the move actually took place.

Your verified reviews contribute to your Sirelo score, which potential customers see when comparing quotes. A strong score can help increase confidence in your company and make it easier for customers to choose you.

On this page, you can learn how our review validation process works, how your Sirelo score is calculated, and how to make the most of your Sirelo presence to turn more visitors into customers.

What are Sirelo reviews?

Sirelo is an independent platform that reviews moving companies. TriGlobal, a Dutch company, operates it. Since 2016, people have used Sirelo to compare movers, read reviews, and request quotes. In fact, Sirelo keeps adding new companies to its database every day.

Sirelo does two things. First, it generates moving leads. It also hosts verified reviews. However, movers pay for leads, not for control over their reviews. No one can influence a review, partner or not.

Right now, over 6,300 companies have live review profiles on Sirelo.

Why your reviews win more quote requests

Your Sirelo score works before a customer even opens your profile. Here’s why:

  • It travels with the quote. After a customer submits a form, Sirelo shows them their matched movers next to your score. Your team then reaches out by phone or email. But the customer watches every quote come in through their MySirelo dashboard. On a shared lead, your score often tips the customer your way.
  • Directory visibility. Most Sirelo visitors are hunting for a mover. That means attention naturally flows to the top-rated companies in each area.
  • Free quote requests. A customer might request a quote straight from your profile. Sirelo forwards it to you for free. This works whether you pay for leads or not. Customers pick companies with the best review record.
  • Your own website. Our free Sirelo Review Widget lets you show your score on your own site. That adds trust at every step of the sale.

Reviews build your reputation everywhere

Reviews and leads work together. But reviews do more than boost your paid leads. A strong profile also builds visibility and reputation for every customer, not just the ones from Sirelo. That includes people who find you through your own website, word of mouth, or a referral. So when someone checks you out before calling, a strong verified score often turns them into a lead.

How does Sirelo verify every review?

No open review site can promise every review is real, and Sirelo doesn’t claim that either. Instead, we run every submission through a two-step check to catch fakes:

  • Automated metadata check. An automated system scans every review for unusual patterns. For example, that includes IP mismatches, odd submission behaviour, and duplicate data.
  • Manual content check. A moderation team then reads each surviving review by hand. They check for offensive language, personal details, valid contact info, and whether the story matches the facts.

The numbers show how strict this filter really is. In 2025, Sirelo processed around 435 reviews a month and published about 290 of them. In fact, half of all published reviews clear moderation within roughly 10 hours. The published set also skews honest. In 2025, we published 827 one-star reviews against 2,380 five-star reviews. Either way, Sirelo values a negative review just as much as a positive one.

Sirelo never publishes some reviews. For example, this includes reviews from staff or suppliers, self-reviews, reviews of competitors, reviews filed on someone else’s behalf, and anything paid for or forced. That protection matters most to you: a competitor can’t plant fake negative reviews on your profile. And you can flag any suspect review for a second look, right from the review itself.

How is your Sirelo score calculated?

Sirelo scores run on a 1–10 scale and update with every new review. But the score isn’t a simple average. Three weighted factors shape it instead:

  • Age. Reviews count fully for two years. Then they slowly fade. By five years, they stop affecting your score. This way, customers see your current service, not your history.
  • Depth. Document-verified, detailed reviews carry more weight than thin one-liners.
  • Volume. A small statistical adjustment factors into every score. That way, one lucky five-star review can’t outrank fifty genuine ones. So volume makes a score reliable.

Ask your account manager to switch on Google Reviews sync. Your Google reviews then blend in at a 10:1 weight. Ten Google reviews carry the value of one verified Sirelo review. In short, the system rewards a steady flow of recent, detailed, genuine reviews.

Can you remove a negative Sirelo review?

No, you can’t. Independence is what makes the score trustworthy. A published review comes down in three cases only: the writer asks for it, they posted it on the wrong company by mistake, or, rarely, a court orders it. Still, buying leads changes nothing here. Negatives can’t be bought off. Instead, disputed reviews stay live with your response right next to them.

Here’s what you can do instead:

  • Respond publicly. Every future prospect reads how you handle it.
  • Flag rule-breaking reviews for a second look.
  • Invite every customer to leave a review.
  • Add a review widget to your own website.
  • Let time work in your favour. A rough month stops counting fully after two years and drops out completely at five.

How do you get more reviews on Sirelo?

Building your profile is free and quick. Just follow these steps:

  1. Claim and complete your profile. A complete profile looks more trustworthy. It pulls more quote requests.
  2. Invite every real customer after the move. Templates already sit in your Mover Portal, so this takes just minutes per customer.
  3. Reply to every review, good or bad.
  4. Show your score on your website with our free widget.
  5. Never pay for reviews, pressure customers, or write your own. Sirelo rejects these automatically, and repeated abuse puts your partnership at risk.

Keep this up. Eventually, your profile earns a Top Mover Badge. It’s a mark that helps shoppers spot standout companies at a glance.

Your reviews are becoming AI trust signals

Say your next customer asks ChatGPT or Perplexity for a reliable mover. In fact, verified review data shapes much of that answer. Businesses that actively collect and respond to reviews show up in most AI-generated answers. In contrast, businesses that don’t barely appear at all (Trustpilot study, May 2026).

Verified Sirelo reviews are public and hard to fake. That’s exactly the kind of signal these systems like to surface. So your Sirelo profile can shape what an AI assistant tells your next customer about you.
