Choosing a lead-generation partner is a business decision, so you need clear answers about where your leads come from, how they’re matched, what they cost, and what you can expect in return. This FAQ explains how Sirelo Moving Leads service works in practice: from how many moving companies can receive the same request and how our matching system works, to pricing, coverage, lead validation, account controls, integrations, and expected booking rates. It also covers the things that matter beyond leads, including reviews, your Sirelo profile, and how our paid lead service fits alongside your existing business. The goal is simple: give you the information you need to decide whether Sirelo is the right fit for your moving company, without hidden fees, priority bidding, or unclear rules.
A maximum of five, including you. That’s a hard limit, because Sirelo promises consumers a comparison of up to five quotes and never more. In practice the number can run lower. You see the exact number of companies on every lead you get.
No manual bidding, but price and coverage do shape your odds. Every request passes automated checks first, then our team monitors it around the clock. After that, the system matches it against movers whose routes and cap fit the move. If five or fewer movers qualify, everyone on that list gets the lead. If more than five qualify, movers with broader coverage or a higher price per lead get better odds of being selected, not a guaranteed spot. No mover submits a bid on an individual lead, and nobody can pay to jump directly ahead of one specific competitor.
Three settings you control decide it.
If a request fits all three, it reaches you.
You don’t pay for it. Flag it from your dashboard within 14 days. Four things qualify: wrong contact details, a duplicate or already received first from another lead provider, a clearly fake request, or a moving date outside the eligible window. We review every claim and deduct accepted ones from your next invoice. A fair-use limit of 10% of your leads applies over a rolling 90-day period. Most invalid leads never even reach you. Every request passes automated checks and a live monitoring team before we send it out.
No. Every lead, whatever you pay for it, passes the same checks and reaches you through the same matching system. What changes your price is how narrow your coverage is, not the quality of the request. Consider two companies. One covers all 13 UK regions and a wide destination list. The other filters down to a single region and a short country list. The first pays less per lead. Both get the same level of vetting.
It ranges from £11.00 to £15.00 per lead. Broad coverage, all 13 UK origin regions and a wide range of destinations, usually falls at the lower end of that range, around £11.00 to £12.50. Selective coverage, one or two regions and a shorter destination list, falls at the higher end, around £13.50 to £15.00. That comes down entirely to how much of the market you choose to serve.
There’s no fixed rate card for domestic leads. The price depends on demand and the pickup area you select, and demand tends to run highest in Greater London. One rule holds everywhere: a local move within a region always costs less than a long-distance move between regions. Contact the PartnerDesk team for the current rate on your area.
£3.20 per lead for baggage moves under 2 m³. The price stays the same regardless of route filters.
Because your coverage is narrower than theirs. The more specific your setup, the more tightly each lead matches your business, and the higher the price climbs. That specificity can mean fewer origin regions, fewer destination countries, or fewer postcode areas. Widening your coverage to a greter-region, such as Western Europe or Scandinavia, is what brings the rate back down.
No, none of the three. You pay only for the leads you receive. There’s no fixed monthly fee, no cost to join, and no commission when you win the job.
40 leads a month, for at least one month. After that, it runs month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel by email, effective at the end of the current billing month. New partners can also choose a three-month introductory term instead. You’ll receive a 10% discount on all leads during the 3-month period. In return, we ask for a 3-month commitment, during which the agreement cannot be cancelled.
Yes. For international moves you select origin and destination countries, or take a whole macro-region if you’d rather. For domestic UK moves you can filter down to specific postcode areas, though not down to individual counties. You decide the setup, and Sirelo only sends you a lead that fits it.
Yes. If you cover UK-to-Germany moves, for example, you can also opt in to Germany-to-UK requests through the same portal. Most of Sirelo’s international corridors run both ways. It’s a way to use capacity you likely already have without building a new route from scratch.
Yes, both. You can pause your account for up to 60 days a year. Pauses come in blocks of up to 20 days, and you arrange them directly through the Mover Portal. You can also adjust your monthly cap yourself at any time. The PartnerDesk team confirms route changes within one working day.
Yes. TriGlobal runs Sirelo. It’s a registered Dutch company with more than 22 years in the moving industry. Roughly 880 moving companies across 160 origin markets and 220 destination countries and territories use its paid lead service every month. Together, they draw on more than 150,000 consumer requests a year. We vet every mover before they can buy leads, and we check every request before it becomes one.
We activate your account within one working day of receiving your documentation. Your first leads typically arrive within 24 hours of activation, depending on volume on your chosen routes.
Yes. Sirelo integrates with major moving-industry CRMs, including MoveMan Pro and Moveware, usually live within one working day. For other systems, it offers a flexible API in JSON, HTTP, or XML.
On average, between 5% and 10% of the leads you receive, based on what our partners report. That works out to one booked job for roughly every 10 to 20 leads.
About three months. At the 40-lead minimum and a 5% to 10% booking rate, one month gives you only two to four booked jobs. That’s too small a sample to judge fairly. Three months gives you enough data, enough time to adjust your routes and response speed, and builds up your pipeline before drawing conclusions.
No. A review comes down in three cases only. The writer asks for it. Someone posted it on the wrong company. Or, rarely, a court orders it. Buying leads from Sirelo has no bearing on this. You can always post a public response next to it.
No. We calculate every listed company’s score the same way, whether or not it buys moving leads.
Yes. Listing, claiming your profile, inviting customers, replying to reviews, and the review widget for your own website cost nothing. The only thing you ever pay for is leads.
