Bad experience relocating with them, unresponsive, poor planning, wrong information provided to 3rd parties and massive delay on delivery.

Awful removal company, from the initial consultation where the guy was rude to them taking an age to complete simple paperwork for my air shipment, which did not even leave the UK till a week+ after I had flown out; is the point on an air shipment not that it arrives when you do or just after? They took even longer to complete the paperwork for my container shipment, again waiting on information from me that could have been requested and supplied months earlier (passport scan - why not ask me at the start if its required?), when it would have been easier to supply not when I had already move abroad and did not have the paperwork to hand. They have now lost 2 of my items (double mattresses - pretty had to lose you would think? one was memory foam so expensive too) and they have absolutely NO IDEA where they are within their warehouse system; how a removal company can be so useless and remain in business is something of a mystery. Several colleagues had to use them too and I am yet to find one who thinks they did a good job. Just do yourself a favour and pick another company.Read more
