Firstly Walkers removals failed to move us to a plan which was agreed when we chose them. On the day of moving there was no senior office management available at Walkers removals to address delayed receipt of our property (to the following week). Secondly Walkers removals represented a trouble free packing service but various unique items arrived broken or damaged. Thirdly we were not compensated appropriately for these breakages by Walkers.
