My items were put in storage with Bournes for several years. Their storage facilities were not watertight and many items were water damaged. I was told they would hold onto these items (including precious family photos) in case they could be recovered in some way. Without my knowledge they disposed of these items and continued to charge for their storage. This did not come to my attention until my remaining items were delivered to my new home. Other items were carelessly damaged in transit. I would not trust this firm with the care of my goods. They are overpriced and unprofessional. Please beware as I would not want others to go through such an awful experience.

Demontage, einige Schrauben wurden nicht richtig entfernt und gingen beim Transport verloren

My moving team was very friendly and efficient. I was not present on the reception and my receptionists were not English speakers but all went well and they have been very helpful.
It was a very stressful and busy time and they have been very considerate that which makes the little extra.
