We offer comprehensive protection options and full claims support from your move manager.

What is the best advice you would give to customers?

Compare removal quotes carefully - don't just look for the cheapest and make sure any hidden or potential additional charges are also accounted for. Make sure in addition to price that you're reviewing quality assurance (e.g. FIDI or BAR certification) as well as volume, service levels (packing, crating etc.) and transit times to make sure that you're getting the value you want from your investment.

Meticulously managed logistics, from start to finish. The moving crew were timely, friendly and accommodating. Not even one damaged piece. Having moved internationally on four other occasions, Bournes made this move both the easiest and best experience by far. Excellent service. Highly recommended for all your moving needs, local and international.

Super easy and helpful service from start to finish. Easy to get a quote, easy to arrange collection. The guys that picked up my items unpacked and boxed everything so you don't even need to worry about packing! They made sure there was nothing that would be an issue at customs.

Customer service kept me fully informed along the way, after initial quote to delivery. Support from [Name removed by Sirelo] was invaluable - especially when I was stressing out about things. Went above and beyond to help and booked extra calls to talk through things with me. I didn't pay anything extra, the quote was all inclusive and I just added insurance on, which was a great price as well. Pretty much all my possessions got transported halfway around the world and I didn't have to worry about packing, hidden fees, customs, getting it delivered to the new address or anything. I didn't want stuff unboxing but this was an option.

First things first. Don’t ever use this company! Morally and ethically they are bankrupt.

We used Bournes to move our household items from the UK to Oz. As part of this process we paid £200 extra to ‘create’ up our expensive bluestone outdoor table. This creating was the only additional product we purchased from them. In summary they ‘forgot’ to create said item and when it turned up in Oz wrapped in just paper (not even bubble wrap) it was broken in dozens of pieces…. Bournes response ‘sorry we forgot to create it & we will refund you the £200 and offer you £40 compensation’. This is a £3k table.

I am beyond rage with their morally bankrupt and blaze attitude.

Don’t use them, stay a million miles away from them.

The team of [Names removed by Sirelo] alongside [Name removed by Sirelo] in Geneva packed up so quickly we could not keep up with them. They were friendly and respectful and fun. I was delighted when the unpacking team included [Name removed by Sirelo] as we had a very large piece of furniture to get up UK stairs, which they managed despite misgivings in Geneva. I would recommend Bournes to anyone and everyone. Thank you.
