Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The crew were just brilliant, they were incredibly careful with our things, worked incredibly fast, were really good with our children and were really lovely guys. I cannot recommend this company more highly and will definitely use again!

As a local in Abingdon, I can say these guys are among the top level removal companies in the area. All positive experience on our house moving. Unlike small companies which might be excellent in the work but don't have the capacity to handle large amount of customers, Robinsons does a great quality work and has the capacity to answer to requests that are urgent. Such quality is irreplaceable and make them outstanding. Will use again for sure. Shaun.

I will happily change my review if Robinsons can finish the service I paid them for. They have not been responsive and have left me to deal with the subcontractor they hired in the USA on my own who have questionable and deceptive business practices. My initial experiences with Robinsons were excellent so I’m highly disappointed my goods are being held while their sub contractor charges me $$$ to delay delivery of my goods. It’s been over a month since my shipment arrived in the USA and I have not had an update.

Useless Company That Wasted mY Time & Money
This company (RobinsonsRelo.com) delayed my shipping delivery date, then only gave 36 hours noticed for another date, then again with just 18 hours before another delivery date, they sent a Useless apathetic email saying they were not going to deliver all my shipping at once and they did not even give a date as to when they would complete the shipping.
When we rightly objected.
Then the manager Debbie told me she would cancel the delivery so we put a stop on the storage and the travel bookings to receive it only for another manager to send us another message that the shipping was still coming but still split in two deliveries!
Madness, useless madness!
What kind of Cowboy outfit can’t get the contents of 3 bed flat and garage delivered in the UK?
Useless! Take your business to a professional that is not going to cut corners, waste your time and send over poor service.

We had a great experience with Robinsons Removals. The sales team were really quick to respond to my initial enquiry with all the information required. On the day the removal crew were amazing, they arrived on time and were friendly and professional. They put me at ease and I definitely felt more relaxed. All our items were delivered safely with no damage. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
