We began the process of working with Burke Brothers with our 2-stage move to France during the summer of 2024. We naturally maintained close contact with the company from that time to the time of our first delivery in the fall of 2024 through to our final delivery in the summer of 2025. During this time, we were handled in the most professional and competent way imaginable with instantaneous responses to our queries, and were provided with very detailed and specific instructions about how to proceed with the process which is multi-layered and in some cases required in both English and French. Both our state-side contact [Name removed by Sirelo], and our UK contact [Name removed by Sirelo] handled us to the highest ethical and customer service-driven standards. Upon our arrival in France, we were delighted to learn that we would be working face to face with their local associates who also subscribes to this level of service. With such a distance, dozens of moving parts, endless paperwork requirements, customs compliance, scheduling, finance and on-site pickup and delivery, we feel extremely fortunate to have gained this 'education' alongside our Burke Brothers experts whom we now consider friends. Excellent service throughout, from the initial visit , via the communication with the office to check details and confirm the booking once we had a completion date to the actual move itself, everything was carried out in a thoroughly professional and efficient manner. I would highly recommend Burke Bros!
