Avoid like the plague. Criminal
I'm not able to give zero stars. In brief:
Charged us £3,000 once our shipment arrived in the UK despite us already paying the £10,000 total in the country of origin for the full service.
Held us to ransom until we paid, charging us a daily rental charge until we did.
Did not liaise with the original shippers.
Lied about the date of arrival of our shipment and charged us excessive amounts of quay rental fees and demurrage. Held us to ransom until we paid.
Failed to answer or acknowledge any of our queries.
Provided us with broken furniture, glued back together including sofa legs. Specifically unwrapped only the broken items but did not point out the breaks so that we would sign off on them. Did not unwrap any further boxes.
Lied about customs entry. Refused to provide forms.
Failed to remove our shipment from the quayside accruing over month of rental fees. Did not communicate this until after the fact, cited problems with covid and lack of drivers. Blackmailed us into footing the bill. Opportunists seeing a chance to claw back lost revenue by fleecing customers.
We did not pick Eurogroup, we chose another company who used Eurogroup. There is really nothing positive to say about the customer service or any element of their business. Appalling, dishonest and downright criminal. Avoid like the plague.Read more

Absolutely awful!! If you’re thinking of using this company, do not! Extremely unresponsive and slow with any information, some times wouldn’t even receive an email back at all!! They held our stuff in storage until we were ready to receive it. Then once we emailed them to ask them to deliver our stuff, it took them 2 months to deliver our stuff and charged us for those two months, even though it was out of our hands. Throughout the whole time they had our stuff, there was basically no updates and no responses and we had no idea when our stuff was coming or anything. When we finally got a response about the time it would be coming (the day before it delivery date) the only same frame we got was “in the pm”. So we took a day off work to be here when it gets here and the day of, we get an email saying it’s not coming anymore!! Which was beyond annoying!! Then when I call, the customer service is just atrocious, no one knows what’s going on and no one knows anything to update me with! I would advice you so so strongly never to use this company!Read more

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. This company moved our personal effects from UK to Cyprus with little to NO care whatsoever. The majority of our large items have arrived with some form of damage. The items damaged include our bed frame, mattress (which has been returned to us filthy), bedside drawers, laundry hamper, baby changing unit and washing machine. Furthermore, several of our plastic storage boxes have been smashed to pieces. They have also lost a part of one of our large items and cannot locate it, rendering the item completely useless. There response to this so far has been 'you have insurance' which is utterly infuriating and completely beside the point. I would strongly recommend AVOIDING at all costs.

Dreadful experience. Additional charge after additional charge. Ended up paying over $10,000 more than we had already paid upfront to the US moving company. Basically held to ransom in that Eurogroup would not arrange delivery of our belongings until they had received payment for their additional charges.
They also unpacked our belongings from the shipping containers, meaning that the security of our belongings was compromised and ensuring that a lot more handling damage was suffered.
(When our belongings were shipped to the US, the shipping containers were sealed and the seals were cut on delivery while we watched)

Euro Group moved me to Melbourne, Australia, they helped remove the stress that comes with moving, especially when moving to the other side of the world!! From the surveyor [names removed by Sirelo] and the office staff keeping me updated and assisting me with the required documents all went smoothly. My stuff all arrived in one piece and the guys who delivered here were great! Hopefully wont need to use their services again as I've no intention of moving again. However would have no problem recommending! Thank you!!
